Develops understanding of the importance of the environment amongst young people and empowers them to take a lead in generating change amongst businesses and local communities mainly in the King's Cross area of London. Incidently if you are in the King's Cross area at lunchtime on any Tues or Weds or the first Saturday in every month (will be expanded soon), you can get a lovely lunch from our new kiosk. Follow the signs past the new St. Martin's building. Visitors can also see the site on those days. This process includes health and environmental training carried out on camp at Pertwood Organic Farm in Wiltshire and engaging young people in creating eco friendly commercial buildings which are actively linked within local communities. Global Generation works in partnership with environmental specialists and Universities to design and create 'Living Buildings'. Most of the practical implementation is carried out through a hands-on workshop process with young people and the staff of the participating businesses.
Global Generation also has a group of young volunteers called 'The Generators' who contribute to the ideas of the organisation and carry out their own projects.

Reiki seems to mould itself to the requirements of each individual. Therefore, the benefits of doing a Reiki course are endless. For many it is the beginning of a life long journey of self-discovery. Reiki is an excellent addition to other therapies, as it will benefit the therapist as well as the work they do. Reiki can enhance creativity and some students develop a sixth sense through working with Reiki. Overall, it provides students with a sense of calm, the strength to cope, when life takes a turn for the worse and courage to be more true to themselves and taking each moment as it comes.
